The climate is warming! Our icecaps are melting! The North and South Poles have fractured into icebergs floating toward the equator. Riding on melting icebergs, polar bears and penguins are meeting in the ocean for the first time - and possibly the last!
To respond,the polar animals are taking responsibility to reconnect the icebergs and save our homes. There is a secret to reconnecting the icecaps: the icebergs are color-coded. When a polar animal is aligned with an iceberg of similar color, they will reconnect and help rebuild.
